Tape Specs.

5cm wide x 6.9m long rolls. 

Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only.

Hand Grips come with risk. Any gymnastics based activities creates the possibility of serious injury or even death. This equipment should be used for its intended use only and via the guidelines provided. Before using, know your limitations and the limitations of this specific gear. Grip Lock occurs when a grip wraps excessively around a bar and gets stuck. Ensure you have sized correctly, fitted the wrist support correctly and know how to loosen the grip during different movements to avoid this and always come down with control. Always inspect for damage and test stability before each use and inspect to make sure all parts are secure before each use including the pull up bar or rings being used.
