Lifting Belt Green

As with all things Frog, we've taken the humble weightlifting belt and we made that shit look GOOOOOD! And we certainly don't do basic!

✔️Soft but firm we've used an eva rubber with nylon webbing, for that supportive but mouldable material that forms to you the more you use it

✔️Double strength Velcro to ensure long life attachment and a belt that stays on

✔️3.5 inch width to target the areas you actually need to be bracing and a more minimalist feel for both heavy lifting and wods

When you need that extra 10% to get you over the line in a heavy lift and to keep that midline rock solid, you can't go past the Frog Belt!

Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only.

Hand Grips come with risk. Any gymnastics based activities creates the possibility of serious injury or even death. Grip Lock occurs when a grip wraps excessively around a bar and gets stuck. Ensure you have sized correctly, fitted the wrist support correctly and know how to loosen the grip during different movements to avoid this and always come down with control. Always inspect for damage and test stability before each use and inspect to make sure all parts are secure before each use including the pull up bar or rings being used.
